WHO WE ARE

A firm built around client outcomes.

We help Filipino families protect and pursue what is important to them. Four values guide the work, and the way we measure our success.

Client outcomes

We measure success by the outcomes our clients reach, not by what we sell.

Integrity

Plain disclosure, licence first, and advice we would give our own family.

Partnership

We succeed together. No recruiting quotas, no competing for the same client.

Craft

We keep practising. Every skill is trained, tested and reviewed.

A STRAIGHT ANSWER

Will I have to sell to my friends?

You'll start with people you know. That's how most new agents find their first clients. We teach you to do it with their interests at heart. You never push a product for the sake of a sale.

OUR WORK

What our client advisers do.

Our people bring different skills to one purpose: helping families make sound decisions about their money and their protection.

Insurance Reviews

We review each family's protection and help them close the gaps that matter most.

Financial Advisory

We build bespoke plans around each client's goals, from their first child to retirement.

Client Education

We teach families the decisions behind their plan, so they can carry it through.

Client Adviser Technology

AI we're building to handle the preparation, drafting and follow-ups, so client advisers spend their time with clients.

CAREER PATHS

Find your place, then keep moving forward.

Advance through three levels. Each is earned through demonstrated skill and reviewed by senior client advisers. Specialist roles cover bespoke consulting.

LEVEL 1

Agent

Insurance Reviews and protection for families. Licensed by the Insurance Commission.

LEVEL 2

Client Adviser

Full financial advisory, under stricter standards.

LEVEL 3

Senior Client Adviser

The most complex plans and bespoke work for families.

OUR PROGRAM

A structured, hands-on program, from your first week.

Designed with Joe and Nannette Ferreria, the country's first MDRT couple, who trained agents for a decade as LUTC moderators. You learn by doing, alongside experienced client advisers, and every skill is practised, tested and certified before you move up.

Structured curriculum

A staged curriculum for every level, starting with preparation for the Insurance Commission exam.

Hands-on from week one

Join a senior client adviser in real client meetings, then lead your own with them beside you. The format is being designed with one of our MDRTs.

Practise and certify

Role-play every core skill, get scored and debriefed, and certify before each new level.

Weekly coaching

A senior client adviser reviews your cases and your progress every week.

Client adviser technology

AI we're building to prepare your week, draft your paperwork and keep every follow-up on time, so more of your hours go to the families in front of you.

Your first clients

You start with your client's goals, never with a product to push. And you learn how before you meet your first client.

Build a career measured in families served well.

HOW WE HIRE

Know what to expect at every stage.

Book your interview first, then answer a short questionnaire before we meet.

  1. 01

    Verify and book your interview

Your mobile and email, a quick code, then pick a time.

  2. 02

    Answer a quick questionnaire

Online, about 12 to 15 minutes. Add your résumé if you have one; it's fine if you don't.

  3. 03

    Your interview

With the founder or a senior adviser, who reads your questionnaire beforehand. It includes a short role-play.

  4. 04

    Onboarding, if we're a fit

Training, the Insurance Commission exam, your licence and agent code.

The interview is where we both see if it's a fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a licence before I apply?

No. You need one before you advise clients, and we prepare you for it.

How is compensation structured?

Commission-based, with incentives.

Do I need experience in sales or finance?

No. You start with the basics in training, with evening sessions if you need flexible or part-time hours. Then you do field work beside an adviser, then guided field work on your own with clear goals. Our certifications, based on exams and real work, are designed to line up with official ones, so you're well prepared when you sit the real exams.

What does licensing cost, and who pays?

It's free to apply. If you're a fit, the exam and licence fees are yours to cover: ₱1,010 for the exam and about ₱1,515 for the licence.
